Price per night

• Thursday 31 December 2026, RENAISSANCE Tulum NYE: General Early Bird 90 USD, VIP Early Bird 200 USD.
• Monday 4 January 2027, ANYMA presents ÆDEN Tulum: General 1st release 160 USD, VIP Early Bird 350 USD, bottle service not included.
• Wednesday 6 January, Black Coffee at Zamna Tulum: General Early Bird 120 USD, VIP Early Bird 350 USD.
• Friday 8 January, Adriatique presents X Tulum: General Early Bird 120 USD, VIP Early Bird 350 USD. This night is sold on its own and cannot be redeemed with the Multipass.
• Sunday 10 January, Adam Port at Zamna Tulum: General Early Bird 90 USD, VIP Early Bird 350 USD.

What VIP includes, by the organiser's page for the Adam Port night: "a lounge with a view of the stage, priority entry, and its own bars and restrooms". The tier names, Early Bird and 1st release, are the organiser's, and the tier on sale when you buy may be a later one. On 24 October 2026 the organiser's listing carried "LAST TICKETS", in its own capitals, on the Anyma, Black Coffee and Adam Port nights and on the Multipass. It is not a sold-out notice. That day every General and VIP tier was on sale at Mr Nice VIP, and Tixr's records listed each of them as open. Every night is for over-18s. Links: Mr Nice VIP, English pages · Tixr.

The seller's fees

Mr Nice VIP adds a fee to every ticket, "+ 15% processing fee + 6.00 USD handling fee" in the English of its own pages, and shows it on each ticket page. Its printed example for the Renaissance General Early Bird ticket, read 24 October 2026: "Processing fee 15%: 13.50 USD · Handling fee: 6.00 USD · Total: 109.50 USD" under the 90 USD price. Tixr's fees are not shown on its listings, which print base prices only. The organiser's own ticket domain, zamnatickets.com, redirects to zamnafestival.com. Mr Nice VIP is operated by R.M.P. TIME LLC, "a company organized under the laws of Delaware" by its English terms. Delaware is rather a long way from the jungle.

Who sells, and in which language

On each night's page at zamnafestival.com, the "Buy tickets" buttons for General and VIP lead to mrnicevip.com under the line "Secure checkout via Zamna Festival", and the Multipass page links Mr Nice VIP and Tixr for redeeming it. "Venta oficial de entradas", official ticket sales, is Mr Nice VIP's own tagline on its Spanish home page. The organiser does not use the word "official" for any seller on its season pages. Mr Nice VIP's Zamna category exists in English, with the interface, the tier names, the rules and the fee line in English, and a few product names keeping their Spanish month names. Its Multipass, Zamna Experience, Zamna Stay and terms pages are in English too, and the organiser's own Multipass redemption link goes to that English site. Tixr's "zamnafestival" group, in English, lists the five nights and the Multipass at the same base prices as Mr Nice VIP on 22 October 2026, with the 18+ rule on every listing, and packages at four hotels at Tixr's prices. Beside the tickets, each night's Tixr listing shows three link tiles with no price, labelled "Zamna Bunker", "Na'alá Hotel" and "Membership". Multipass Zamna Tulum 2027

The Multipass is a bundle of three tickets for nights of the 2026–27 season. Base price on 22 October 2026: General, 4th release, 425 USD. VIP, 3rd release, 575 USD. The same at Mr Nice VIP and at Tixr. On the same day the organiser's own Multipass page had General at 375 USD, a release behind, and its "Buy Multipass" link for that tier returned a dead page. The Adriatique night of 8 January cannot be redeemed with the Multipass. The organiser's page for that night sells it on its own, and Mr Nice VIP's redemptions page lists only Renaissance, Anyma, Black Coffee and Adam Port. On 24 October 2026 the organiser's Multipass page printed "Last units available" on both tiers and a "SELLING FAST" banner, and the listing's badge, explained under the prices above, sat on the Multipass too. That day Tixr's records listed both tiers as open, and Mr Nice VIP sold the General 4th release and the VIP 3rd release with no sold-out notice.

The rules, as Mr Nice VIP prints them in English on the Multipass General page and Tixr on its listing, read 24 October 2026:

• "This Multipass is NOT a valid ticket for entry." It has to be exchanged in advance on the seller's site for three individual tickets for the nights you choose.
• "This purchase reference allows you to choose 3 different parties or passes for 3 people", at the season's participating nights.
• "Redeem your ticket at least 24 hours in advance." Redemption is subject to availability. A night can sell out weeks ahead, and "if an event is Sold Out, you will no longer be able to redeem your access". The purchase guarantees neither availability nor priority.
• The artists and the organiser reserve the right to validate the Multipass for a given night and do not guarantee that it is valid for every night.
• It is valid only for the type bought: the General Multipass gives General entry, not VIP.
• "Expiration date: January 11, 2027." "Unused tickets are non-refundable, either in full or in part."
• Over-18s only. No re-entry. "No refunds or exchanges will be issued for a completed purchase." "Resale is not permitted."
• At the door only the individual ticket with that night's own QR code counts. A Multipass code, redeemed or not, is not accepted.

The seller's printed fee example for the Multipass General, read 24 October 2026: "Processing fee 15%: 63.75 USD · Handling fee: 6.00 USD · Total: 494.75 USD" on the 425 USD price. Hotel packages and the Bunker

Mr Nice VIP sells two lines of packages under its own names, at base prices read 24 October 2026, each for two people, built around one festival night, before fees.

• "Zamna Experience": the Na'Alá hotel, two nights, from 1,996 to 2,196 USD. It includes two backstage passes (one per person), continental breakfast in the room, priority entry and return transport between the hotel and the festival, and the festival access it includes is to the backstage area only.
• "Zamna Stay", labelled "STAY + FESTIVAL ACCESS": twelve packages at four hotels, from 938 to 3,016 USD by hotel and dates.
• At Aluna, Copal and Prana it is two nights, with two General tickets for one named night: 4–6 January for Anyma, 8–10 January for Adriatique, 9–11 January for Adam Port. Those nine run from 938 USD (Prana, 9–11 January) to 1,403.01 USD (Aluna, 4–6 January).
• At Bloom, printed "BLOOM TULUM APARTMENTS BY MARRIOTT", it is three nights in a two-bedroom apartment: 4–7 January for Anyma at 3,016 USD, 6–9 January for Black Coffee and 8–11 January for Adriatique at 2,902 USD each.
• Every Zamna Stay package includes breakfast, a commemorative T-shirt per guest, the seller's own transport between the hotel and Zamna at set times, and assistance from UX Travel, named as Zamna's "Official Travel Partner". The Aluna and Bloom packages add a yoga session and a few extras of their own, listed on each package's page.
• The seller's fee applies to packages too: its printed total for the Bloom 4–7 January package is 3,474.40 USD on the 3,016 USD price.
• Tixr lists packages at Na'Alá, Aluna, Copal and Prana at its own prices: on 22 October 2026, Na'Alá from 1,996 to 2,196 USD, and Aluna, Copal and Prana from 938 to 1,403 USD.

Tixr also sells a "Zamna Bunker" in the organiser's zamnafestival group, the group the organiser's Multipass page links. It is a private bunker inside the venue for two people and two nights, with priority entry, a welcome bottle, a king-size bed, a bathroom and a private terrace, in Tixr's description. Tixr's own caveat: "This is not a hotel — it is a private bunker designed for rest and comfort inside the festival". Five packages, one per night, read 24 October 2026, before fees:

• Renaissance, 31 December to 1 January: 2,196 USD.
• Anyma, 4 to 6 January: 3,196 USD.
• Black Coffee, 6 to 8 January: 2,196 USD.
• Adriatique, 8 to 10 January: 3,196 USD.
• Adam Port, 10 to 12 January: 2,196 USD.

For over-18s, with resale unavailable. The organiser's night pages say "Book your hotel or bunker and enjoy the Zamna Experience 2027", but their button leads to Mr Nice VIP's Zamna Experience page, which lists no bunker. What the seller prints on every ticket

Mr Nice VIP, on the Renaissance General ticket page in English and in its English terms, both read 24 October 2026.

• Hours: "TIME: Since 22:00 hrs." and "Access to events closes at 3:00 a.m." Hours may run on at some events, the seller says, but the access close is not said to extend, so arrive before it.
• Re-entry: "Re-entry to the event is prohibited: if you leave the venue under any circumstances, you will not be allowed to re-enter, even if you are wearing a bracelet".
• Your ticket: "Download your tickets in advance and bring them in digital format (PDF or WALLET) to present from your cell phone", because "the signal may not be available at the venue, and a printed copy may not be legible".
• The Multipass at the door: "Access to the event is not permitted with an invalid ticket, a redeemed or unredeemed multipass".
• Scanning: every ticket has a reference and a unique QR code, and only the first valid scan counts.
• Refunds and changes: the ticket page calls the purchase "non-refundable, non-transferable" and says "no changes or cancellations are permitted (with the sole exception of event cancellation by the organizer)". The terms add one window: for a mistake in the purchase, an upgrade or a change, "you must contact us 72 hours before the event, otherwise we will not be able to assist you". "Weather conditions or other force majeure events (pandemic, storm, hurricane, rain, etc.) do not constitute grounds" for a refund. If the promoter cancels, the ticket price is refunded and the 15% fee is not. A postponement is refunded as credit in the seller's wallet.
• Resale: illegal resale, or the attempt, "constitutes sufficient cause for the seizure or cancellation" of the ticket, without a refund.
• Identity: by the terms, a ticket issued in the buyer's name requires proof of identity, or entry may be refused. If a ticket has a problem, the seller asks for the buyer's email and ID to verify the original order. No page says the Zamna tickets are issued in the buyer's name.
• Prohibited items, as the English ticket page prints them: "glass or sharp objects, fireworks, flares or torches, illegal or controlled substances (including psychoactive substances), alcoholic beverages, food, nitrous oxide, dogs or pets, kites or extendable poles, portable laser devices, selfie sticks, drones, professional filming equipment, aerosols, megaphones, loudspeakers, backpacks, suitcases, or any item that could reasonably be considered a weapon". Small bags are not mentioned either way.
