Tickets: what the Gatineau FAQ says

Passes and tickets are sold online only, through what the English FAQ calls Igloofest's "ticketing platform", and only tickets bought there are accepted. The FAQ names no website. The ticketing platform takes Visa and Mastercard, but not prepaid cards or Visa Debit. Sales are final, and a postponement or a cancellation brings a refund. The confirmation and the e-⁠ticket come by email. You download the ticket in advance and show it on your phone, to be scanned at the entrance. The Igloopass covers all three nights in general admission. It cannot be shared, and holders show ID at the entrance so that the name on the pass can be checked. The VIP ticket adds fast entry, bottle service, an exclusive terrace with heated toilets, a view of the stage and a heated indoor space.

If your ticket does not arrive, the FAQ says to look in your spam folder, and to write to info@Igloofestgatineau.net if nothing has come by the day before. A failed payment is most often down to a mistake in the billing address. A pending charge on the card clears by itself after five or six working days. No price for Gatineau 2027 had been published by 24 October 2026.

The Place des Festivals Zibi and how to get there

The address is 60 rue Jos-Montferrand, Gatineau, QC J8X. The site map is due "sometime in January 2027", the organiser writes. By bus, it points to the Plani-bus trip planner of the STO, the Société de transport de l'Outaouais. By car, several car parks are available in Vieux-Hull, and it suggests Dubé Stationnement's website for options and rates. For the journey home, the Tolérance Zéro team is on site to drive you, for a fee that depends on the journey. For car-sharing it names AmigoExpress.

Children: the FAQ's rule

Children aged 12 and under get in free with a parent who holds a valid festival ticket. From the age of 13, children need their own ticket, ID and a parent, one child per adult. The FAQ sets no upper age for the rule. For comparison, Montreal is for those aged 18 and over and Quebec City for those aged 16 and over.

Who it is for, according to the Gatineau FAQ

The Gatineau FAQ speaks to every warrior ready to take on winter, whether or not they are fans of electronic music. It also sets out the festival's values: inclusivity, respect, tolerance and diversity, and zero tolerance for homophobia, racism, sexism, transphobia and xenophobia. The nights of 11, 12 and 13 February 2027 fall on a Thursday, a Friday and a Saturday, and each runs four hours, 19:00 to 23:00.

Past editions in Gatineau

Gatineau's first edition was in 2025, at the Place des Festivals Zibi, according to the organiser's About page and its post of 23 October 2025. The second, from Thursday 12 to Saturday 14 February 2026, drew close to 17,000 festival-goers, according to the organiser's recap of 16 February 2026. Its three headliners, named on 12 November 2025, played a night each. Kaskade played on 13 February and Steve Aoki on the 14th. The first night, the 12th, went to BUNT. Swimming Paul and DJ Mandy were on the bill too. The presale opened on 13 November and the general sale on 14 November 2025. For 2027 the organiser had published only the dates, the hours and the venue by 24 October 2026.
