Beyond The Valley 2026/27 tickets
Every entry ticket to Beyond The Valley 2026/27 is sold out: the allocation went in the presale, as The Music Network reported on 6 August 2026, before the general on-sale planned for Friday 7 August, which was cancelled, and the organiser's own page says "officially an instant sell out". The route the organiser now names is Tixel; it also says incomplete payment plans "will be released back to the public" in late November. Below it are the face-value prices Megatix listed before they went, read on 21 October 2026, the payment plans, and the rules on names and refunds.
Tixel, the organiser's authorised resale
The organiser's information page calls Tixel "the only authorised resale platform" and "our authorised resale platform"; its terms call Tixel "the Promoter's official resale partner for the Event" and say tickets "may only be resold via Tixel, being the Event's sole authorised resale platform". On when that resale opens, the organiser says three things, each read on 22 October 2026. Its tickets FAQ: "Resale will begin either on December 1 or when the event sells out - whichever occurs first." Its resale section, and the FAQ again: "Tixel resale will open at a later date." Its terms: "Resale for Beyond the Valley tickets will open on 1 December 2026, or earlier if the Event sells out." What the organiser tells readers who missed out: "Sign up to the Tixel Waitlist, you'll get notified the second your ticket type gets relisted." Tixel, the organiser's authorised resale and waitlist
And its warning on any other route: "We strongly discourage using this process for private resale. Funds exchanged privately (via bank transfer, cash, etc.) are not protected in the event of a dispute or event cancellation, as per our Terms & Conditions."
What a resale buyer checks
The name on the ticket must match the ID at the gate, and the organiser's information page says: "If you arrive at the festival with a ticket that does not match your ID, you will be required to pay a name correction fee at the box office." No organiser page gives the amount. The terms add: "Any Ticket sold or purchased through an unauthorised resale platform will be deemed invalid and will not be honoured at the Event." Entry and camping are separate tickets: camping isn't included in any entry ticket, and Tixel's own page lists Festival Entry, Camping and The Valley Club as separate types. The ticket is exchanged for a wristband on arrival.
What the tickets cost before the sell-out
Face value, listed on the organiser's tickets page for Megatix, read 21 October 2026; every entry tier carries the organiser's "Sold out" tag. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude the booking fee the organiser marks "+BF"; Megatix also charges a one-off transaction fee of $12.95 per transaction. Megatix, the organiser's ticket page, every entry tier tagged sold out
- 4 Day Festival Entry, 28 Dec – 1 Jan: $519 (+BF)
- 3 Day Festival Entry, 29 Dec – 1 Jan: $479 (+BF)
- 2 Day Festival Entry, 30 Dec – 1 Jan: $429 (+BF)
- NYE Festival Entry, 31 Dec – 1 Jan: $289 (+BF); the organiser's page labels it "Single Day" as well.
- Single Day Ticket, 29 Dec: $224 (+BF); 30 Dec: $249 (+BF).
- The Valley Club: $155 (+BF), free for Lux Camp guests. On the organiser's tickets page a visible "Sold out" sits above the price (read 22 October 2026, 7:55am AEDT); on Megatix the "Valley Club Membership" row, base price $155, carried no sold-out flag (read 22 October 2026, 7:50am AEDT); Tixel lists The Valley Club as a resale type.
The General and Premium Camp passes are separate and show "Sold Out" on the organiser's pages, read 22 October 2026; the tents, per tent, are on the camping page.
Car passes went in the presale with the four-person bundles and with the packages that include a Lux Vehicle Pass, the Ultra DeLux package among them. The bundles, all tagged "Sold out", were "4 x 3 Day Festival Entry + 4 x General Camp Tickets + 1 x GA Campsite Car Pass" at $2,751 (+BF) for the whole bundle, the 4 Day version at $2,911, and the Premium bundles with "1 Premium Campsite Vehicle Pass" at $3,621 (3 Day) and $3,781 (4 Day), each split into an AM and a PM entry; the prices are for four people together, never per person. There was no purchase limit except on those bundles, three per transaction.
What the organiser says comes later
The home page: "A small allocation of camping car passes will be available in a separate onsale later in the year, alongside Lux Car Passes, BTV Car Park Passes and RV/Trailer add ons." The tickets page says the remaining car passes "will be sold separately, at an increased price, later in the year", with the date to be announced on its socials, and lists no price. The BTV Car Park Pass is for a car park beside the festival: "The Car Park is located beside the festival & is accessible for both single day & multi-day ticketholders", and for campers "it's roughly 100m from General Camp and 400m from Premium. From there, you'll walk your things in"; "You are not allowed to camp with your car in the Car Park." On failed payment plans, the home page: "Should any laybuy or payment plan payments fail, those tickets will be released back to the public later in the year." The information page: "Any incomplete payment plans will be released back to the public in late November."
Payment plans
Afterpay carries a $2,000 limit; Laybuy takes a $200 minimum deposit and $5.30 per payment. The organiser's information page, read 22 October 2026: "Following our sellout, customers have until the 2nd November to complete their payment plans. There will be a grace period of a week following this date for customers to make any final payments." It adds: "Any incomplete payment plans will be released back to the public in late November."
Changing the name
One name change is allowed through Megatix (My Tickets → Update Details, with a fee the organiser doesn't quantify) after the general on-sale; any further change goes through Tixel once resale opens. The terms: "any fees charged by Megatix for name changes will be payable by you."
Refunds, in the terms' words
No refund as a rule: "Except where required by law or in accordance with Live Performance Australia's Ticketing Code of Practice, there will be no refund of any Event Tickets or for any unused portion of an Event Ticket (including Camping Ticket)", which the terms say includes not attending, arriving after the start, leaving early, not camping for the full period, or buying "the incorrect type of Event Ticket".
Postponement: if the event is postponed "within twelve (12) months of the original advertised Event Date", the ticket stays valid for the new date and no refund is due; a postponement beyond that "will be considered a cancellation".
Cancellation and changes: if the event is cancelled for a force majeure event, which the terms list as "any act of God; extreme weather; bushfires; war; council or governmental rulings or decisions" and the like, "the Promoter may grant a refund in its sole and absolute discretion", "less a reasonable administrative service fee", and "Nothing in this clause affects any right you may have to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law". The terms also reserve the right "to change, add, withdraw or substitute artists in the Event line-up" and to vary the program, dates, entry times and site "without prior notification". the organiser's terms and conditions
Buses and hotels are sold by other companies
BTV bus passes from Melbourne and Geelong are sold by Melbourne on the Move, not Megatix; the timetable, fares and what the organiser and the seller each show about them are on the location page. Hotel packages with a ticket and daily transfers are listed by Megatix, which the organiser's accommodation page names, and shown on My Way Travel & Events' own page; they are on the camping page.
